NEW for Fall 2026: Custom packages on 5 - 7 week payment schedule. Up until recently, my prices have been all-inclusive (logo, concept, and comprehensive branding package bundled together) and paid in 2 installments. Over the last year, I’ve been trialing payment plans, weekly meet ups and offering artwork and branding packages separately. This has worked really well all around and I’m excited to offer this formally at the current prices until the end of the year.

To build your own package, you’ll choose your artwork/art style and price range, then your branding package and any other add-ons, all on a 5 - 7 week installment plan. For add-ons like van wraps or websites, you can start a new plan once your logo artwork is complete. You’ll get weekly updates from me either over video or txt/email (depending on timeline) and you will make your weekly payment then.

LOGO DESIGN: $580 - $1450+ depending on style
BRAND IDENTITY/BRAND KIT: $350 - $650+
VAN WRAP DESIGN: $1650+
ADD-ON ILLUSTRATIONS/ICONS: $85 - $150+ each (bundle options available)
PRINT DESIGN (BUSINESS CARD, BROCHURE ETC): $180+
WEBSITE: $350 - $650+

All projects start with a deposit, which is generally $200 for projects under $1000 and $500 for projects over $1000. After your deposit, you will make 3 - 7 weekly payments (depending on the size of your project and your timeline). Projects over $3000 or with a very short turnaround may require a larger deposit.

You can estimate your weekly payment by choosing your services above, subtracting the deposit and dividing by your number of payments. You can also pay a larger deposit if you’d like smaller weekly payments.

You are welcome to break big projects into smaller pieces - for example, some people will leave the branding package for later if they already have a strong idea of what they’re wanting. Or if you’re wanting things like business cards, website etc. that has to be started after the artwork is finished anway, it can be helpful to separate those projects. It’s best to get a quote for this as some things require other things.

Once you’ve placed your deposit, we will set up a video or phone consultation, which will give us a chance to talk more about your business and what you have in mind for visuals and aesthetic and set up a weekly meeting time before starting sketches. For the first 3 - 4 weeks, we will meet over video/phone to discuss progress, make revisions, answer questions, and make sure we are moving in a direction that feels good to you. By the third or fourth week, the artwork should be at a point where I can provide text/email updates about once a week.

The entire process usually takes about 6 - 8 weeks depending on complexity, with add-ons and extended branding packages adding to the timeline. Logos in simpler styles (Flat Pen & Ink, Abstract, Classic Icons) without branding packages may be finished as early as 6 weeks from your consultation, while more complex styles like Painterly may take as long as 8 - 12 weeks.

Week 6 - 7 : Branding Package (if applicable) and add-ons begin
*Once some of the final artwork has been finished, I try to provide one or two preliminary files to start (such as a social icon) so you can begin your marketing!

Add time for: Concept work and extended branding packages (add 1 - 3 weeks to your timeline). Other add-ons like additional artwork, websites, marketing packages, and van wraps will add to the timeline as well but are usually billed on a separate schedule/timeline starting between weeks 4 - 6.

Choose your Art Style

One of my specialties is working in a wide range of styles. It’s helpful if you have references of things you like (even if they’re not all the same). Identifying the pieces you like will help us curate something completely unique to you and your business. Mood boards are great too! You can also reference logos or any other work I’ve made that might be similar to the style you’re envisioning. Different styles will have different price ranges.

Choose your Branding Package

All logos are hand-drawn using Procreate + Adobe Photoshop and finished in Adobe Illustrator (vector). No AI is used in the process of creating your logo. If you use any professional printer, they will be able to open these files. Vector files can be scaled larger or smaller infinitely with no loss of quality, making them great for signage, car wraps, t-shirts and more. 3 file types are included for each design:

Small transparent .PNG for web use (and other things with a maxiumum size limit)
For Canva, websites and socials icons

Large, high res transparent .PNG for small prints
For brochures, business cards, posters + postcards, small signage, t-shirts and stickers

Vector PDF for large prints (or anything that requires vector)
For Large signage, van wraps, stamps, embroidery, decals and t-shirts
(Note: Stamps, embroidery and decals may require a Simplified Logo Design if your logo is in a complex style. Sometimes simple logos need this too, feel free to ask for a quote)

You will also recieve .jpg designs for certain designs, for web use where a background is required.

A single design (your primary logo) is included in the artwork price. There are two extended packages available that will give you more designs to work with for different marketing needs - text logos, social icons, emblems and horizontal logos are just a few of the options available in these packages. These are not required and you are welcome to upgrade to another branding package at any time (subject to availability and price changes).

    The essentials logo package gives you a few more designs to work with, plus a Canva Branding Kit. Each design will be available in the 3 file types listed above. This includes:

    • Single Logo Design (logo artwork + text)

    • Single Text Logo Designs (just the text, sometimes with an accent)

    • 1 - 2 Artwork Designs (just the artwork, sometimes includes an accent or second pet separately)

    • 5 Pg Canva Mini Branding Kit

    • All files uploaded and stored on Google Drive for 1 yr

    About the Canva Mini Branding Kit 

    This editable Mini Branding Kit gives you a foundational base to create your future Canva designs. By having all your images uploaded, you can easily copy/paste your artwork into any Canva design. Your brand color palette and supplementary fonts makes choosing compatible colors and fonts easy. And the bonus backgrounds from Canva’s library offer some jump start inspiration for how you might use your logo along with patterns and colors in different ways. 

    You need a Canva account to edit your kit and use Canva functions like copy/paste, and you may need a Canva Pro subscription to use the bonus Canva Library backgrounds. If you don’t have a Canva account, that’s okay! Your branding kit will be available in a downloadable .pdf format in your Google Drive.

    Included in Canva Mini Branding Kit

    • All designs uploaded to Canva (easily copy/paste into other designs)

    • 3 supplementary Canva fonts to choose from

    • Your brand color palette with hex codes

    • 2 bonus Canva Library backgrounds (may require Canva Pro to use)

  • $650 (or add +$108 to a 6 payment subscription)

    Includes everything in essentials package PLUS:

    3 additional logo designs + b&w option

    Your logo in different proportions. These make creating any design easy - you’ll always have a version that fits whatever you’re creating.

    • Horizontal logo design

    • Circle/icon logo design

    • Rectangle logo or oval emblem (depending on design)

    • One of the above logos in black and white (one black transparent, one black & white)

    • Bonus design(s) of anything I can make from your artwork that looks good as a standalone logo!

    Additional artwork designs

    Any additional variations of your artwork that work with your design. This includes isolated versions of your artwork and accents, plus some new designs. For example, a version with just your pet’s face, other isolated elements like flowers or accents, and sometimes combining different elements to make a new design, like a border. The specifics and quantity really depend on your design, so just know that they will be there in some form!

    2 patterned backgrounds

    A pattern made from the elements in your logo. Note, this does not include new or custom artwork (add on a custom background for that) but a pattern made with accents or parts of the artwork that already exist (for example symbols, bubbles, or pet’s faces). You’ll get one light and one dark version.

    3 additional text logo designs + b&w option

    Your text logo in 3 different proportions. Also includes your slogan or business description (grooming salon, pet stylist etc) as a separate design.

    • Horizontal text design

    • Rectangle or oval emblem text design

    • Your slogan/business description

    • One of the above designs in black and white (one black, one white)

    Full Canva Branding Kit including:

    • All designs uploaded to Canva (easily copy/paste into other designs)

    • 6 supplementary Canva fonts to choose from

    • Extended brand color palette with hex codes

    • 2 patterned backgrounds

    • Additional 5 - 10 pages to display all your different variations and how to use them!

  • If you don’t choose an extended branding package, you will recieve a single logo design (your logo design as shown) in 3 different file types (.png, .jpg and vector). No branding kit is included, and you won’t recieve any additional designs unless you add them on individually (just ask for a quote!)
